🔨Our crews are all W-2 employees; therefore, we can control when they show up and how they work. We also do background checks and drug screenings on our employees.
🔨We thoroughly vet every single subcontractor making sure that no one comes to your house that we haven’t thoroughly screened or used in the past. PLUS we don’t use any subs that do not have the necessary licenses to do the work they are hired to do.
🔨 We have a million-dollar liability policy. Every one of our employees is insured with workers compensation.
🔨24 hours a day, 7 days a week telephone availability. We will almost always answer your call. If we can’t, leave a message and we will call you back within the hour. PLUS text us anytime and we will answer right away!!
🔨We hold our suppliers and vendors accountable, which ensures the materials you need for the job arrive on time.
🔨Conway Remodel and More gives back to the community. We work on a volunteer project once a month helping those in need. All of our employees agree to volunteer their time.

🔨 Accurate pricing. What we bid is what you pay with realistic allowances. If you choose something more expensive, we let you know BEFORE it is installed and make sure you are comfortable with the increase.
🔨 FREE interior design service from our designer, Kim, who has over 20 years of design experience. Thinking about knocking out walls? Moving the refrigerator? Not sure what it would actually look like?? We offer an interactive design service that can show your remodel in 3D. We will also help you shop for finishes, tile, carpet, hardwood, paints, etc. making sure that all of your choices will come together beautifully. DON’T STRESS! You have a professional in your corner.
